Daniel Mendrin is an agricultural real estate broker with deep roots in the farming community that have shaped his enduring commitment to the industry. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business from California State University, Fresno, and began his career at Fresno Madera Farm Credit. There, Daniel built a strong foundation in credit, financial, water, and collateral analysis, working closely with farmers to address capital planning and operational challenges.
He later transitioned into agricultural real estate with The Mendrin Group, a leading California-based brokerage and advisory firm. In this role, he represented family farms, institutional investors, and agribusinesses in the acquisition and sale of agricultural properties ranging from $5 million to over $100 million in value, while also providing individual and portfolio-level analysis across vineyard, nut orchard, and irrigated row crop land assets.
Based in Oregon, Daniel serves a diverse range of clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, including private landowners, family offices, agribusinesses, and institutional investors. Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, he offers strategic guidance grounded in deep industry expertise and a strong understanding of the region’s dynamic agricultural landscape.
